- Title
De Marx a Mariátegui, acumulación originaria y comunidad agraria.
- Authors
Beretta, Aldo Rabiela
- Abstract
The article looks at the relationship between primitive accumulation and agrarian community in Marx and in Mariátegui. First, it demonstrates the conceptual compatibility between the two authors, and then it presents the correlations between their theoretical positions. This leads to a new discussion of the process of primitive accumulation in Latin America and its relationship with existing communitarian structures. As a basis for the theoretical reconstruction of the concepts in Marx, the research uses the Grundrisse of 1857-1858 and the drafts of the letter addressed to Vera Sassulitsch in 1881. For the theoretical reconstruction in Mariátegui, the article examines the Seven Interpretive Essays on Peruvian Reality, and the texts The Problem of the Races in Latin America and Programmatic Principles of the Socialist Party.
