The article features the glass and steel bas relief entitled "A New World," created by Michael Janis, Tim Tate, and Erwin Timmers, which depicted the renowned scientist Albert Einstein. The artwork was commissioned as part of the 2005 World Year of Physics (WYP) celebration by the U.S. WYP team and it also commemorates a century of physics since Einstein revolutionized the understanding of nature and the universe. American Physical Society public outreach coordinator Jessica Clark discusses the significant aspects and features of the artwork. The WYP team has made guides to help viewers understand artwork.
