- Abstract
The article announces the appointment of Ching-chih Chen as consultant to the president for global digital initiatives among libraries, museums and archival institutions at OCLC Online Computer Library Center in the U.S. He will consult for OCLC on special assignments and projects led by Phyllis Spies, vice president of OCLC Collection Management Services. According to OCLC CEO Jay Jordan, Ching-chih Chen's unique perspective, extensive knowledge and experience in information technology applications and global networking will be a tremendous asset to OCLC.
