- Abstract
The interactions of Ir(IV) with 5-hydroxyimino-4-imino-1,3-thiazolidin-2-one and Pd(II) with 4-[ N′ -(4-imino-2-oxo-thiazolidin-5-ylidene)-hydrazino]-benzenesulfonic acid are studied for the first time. The optimal conditions for the formation of these compounds and their metrological characteristics are established. On the basis of the obtained results, some new methods for the evaluation of the contents of iridium and palladium are developed and approved by analyzing the intermetallic compounds (Tb Ir Al, Gd Ir Al, Yb Pd Ga, and Yb Pd Sn) and a SP5-35B resistor ( S ≤ 0.02).
