Vibration Failure Analysis and Improvement of Hydraulic Pump Support.
- Abstract
As the load-bearing structure of hydraulic pump transmission, hydraulic pump support plays the role of fixing hydraulic pump, bearing weight of hydraulic pump, bearing vibration, force, torque and other load caused by working process of hydraulic pump transmission. If the structure design is unreasonable, especially when its natural frequency is within range of engine excitation frequency and resonance occurs, the hydraulic pump support is prone to vibration and tearing damage. The finite element analysis of a hydraulic pump transmission is carried out to study its vibration characteristics, improve structure of hydraulic pump support and improve its reliability.
