- Authors
Wilson, Douglas L.
- Abstract
The article discusses the essay, "Lincoln 2.0," by Matthew Pinsker, published within the issue. The author provides his observations on matters addressed in Pinsker's essay, including a resurgence of interest in the personal life of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln. The author talks about how Lincoln studies in the first half of the 20th century focused essentially on Lincoln's political career. Potential sources of information on Lincoln's relations with women are also discussed, including his landlady Elizabeth Abell and her sister Mary Owens.
