EXISTE DIFERENÇA NO TEMPO DE MOVIMENTO DE ATLETAS DE FUTEBOL DE BASE DE DIFERENTES CATEGORIAS?

- Abstract
Introdução: O tempo de reação pode ser definido como o tempo entre o instante da apresentação do estímulo externo até o início da resposta motora. Associado ao tempo de reação existe o tempo de movimento (TM) que tem início logo após o final do tempo de reação e termina quando o indivíduo finaliza a ação motora, ou seja, é o tempo gasto pelo indivíduo para executar o movimento. Objetivo: Comparar o TM de atletas de futebol de base de diferentes categorias. Métodos: Foram avaliados 314 atletas de futebol de três equipes da capital mineira, das categorias sub-14 (n=75), sub-15 (n=64), sub-17 (n=97) e sub-20 (n=78). Avaliou-se o TM em milissegundos (ms) através do teste Reaction test (RT/S5) do Vienna Test System SPORTS®. As coletas foram realizadas nos centros de treinamentos dos clubes com os atletas descansados e antes da sessão de treino. Os procedimentos estatísticos utilizados foram: estatística descritiva, média (x) e desvio padrão (DP), teste de Kolmogorov-Smirnov e Kruskal-Wallis, com nível de significância (p<0,05). Resultados: As médias das categorias foram: Sub-14 (TM: x =147ms, DP± 42,25), Sub-17 (TM: x = 147ms, DP± 42,72), Sub-20 (TM: x =145ms, DP± 35,96). Não foram encontradas diferenças estatisticamente significativas entre as categorias ao comparar TM (p=0,64). Conclusões: Não existe diferença no TM de atletas em diferentes categorias da amostra avaliada.
