- Abstract
Described here is a case ofPseudallescheria boydiicranial osteomyelitis and subdural empyema following craniotomy, which was successfully treated with surgical debridement and voriconazole. Other reported cases ofPseudallescheria boydiiosteomyelitis are reviewed. The reported case suggests that voriconazole may represent a new therapeutic option for this infection.
