- Abstract
The article discusses a white collar unionization movement in the U.S. as of January 2012, focusing on the potential formation of a private union for attorneys in America in the wake of the Global Financial Crisis of the early 21st century and reported widespread layoffs in the nation's legal community. An examination of the U.S. National Labor Relations Act of 1935 is also provided.
