- Abstract
The article reflects on the historical analysis of campaign finance laws and the difficulties encountered with their regulation after the opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case McCutcheon v. FEC. It mentions that the profound influence of money in politics protected by the Constitution's First Amendment protection of the freedom of speech which claims the individual's preference for candidates and political questions.
