- Abstract
The article talks about the U.S. the Supreme Court's decision in the case "Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project Inc." in which the court concluded that disparate impact claims cognizable under the Fair Housing Act (FHA). Topics discussed include racial disparities in housing programs; neutral policies perpetuating segregated housing patterns; and the disparate impact theory that expose governmental and private entities.
