- Abstract
The article focuses on the exploitation of college senior baseball players under the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) of the Major League Baseball (MLB). Topics discussed include the history and goal of the 2011 MLB CBA and its impact on college seniors and college baseball, the concept of fair compensation and counterarguments against it and possible solutions that provides protection to college seniors drafted into the MLB.
