- Abstract
This research aims seeks to add to the efforts when implementing ethical principles in orga-nizations by reducing the expression of mobbing and minimizing the damage it causes to the orga-nizations, individuals and society. In the article there is a relevant problem of mobbing in the rela-tionships of the employees of the organizations analyzed. Mobbing in organizations leads to many negative consequences, among them - direct and indirect economic damage. Mobbing prevention is one of the ways to prevent losses and to ensure productive activities of the organization. One of the methods of prevention is the codes of ethics - the digest of values and rules that regulates the rela-tionships among employees. In some foreign countries mobbing is included in the documents of the organization but in Lithuanian organizations mobbing prevention through codes of ethics is still a difficult practical problem. Subject of the research is prevention of the damage caused by mobbing. Aim of the research is to analyze the possibilities to reduce losses of mobbing by correcting the co-des of ethics in the organizations. Objectives of the research are as follows: 1) to discuss damage caused by mobbing to the organizations; 2) to define mobbing as a consequence of ethical crisis; 3) to present the guides of ethical code improvement in the organizations. The gained results show that organizations and society experience significant losses because of mobbing. Ethical crisis is named as one of the reasons of mobbing in the organizations and in the codes of ethics of Lithuanian orga-nizations too little attention is paid to mobbing and the reasons characteristic to it.
