- Abstract
The article presents the authors' response to Sankari's interest in the former's paper which examined the diurnal blood pressure and urine patterns of 54 patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) referred for clinically significant problems with blood pressure control most of who had orthostatic intolerance. They agree a possible association between sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) and the diurnal blood pressure changes documented in their study population.
