- Abstract
The article offers criticism of the poem "Back Road Farm," by Charles Bruce. The poem is being compared to a chapter of novel by David Adams and a painting by Karen Gallant. It examines the romantic impact of the piece and explores the use of nature-based idea as its theme. The authors provide a visualization of the message to convey and explore the use of the analogy of weather against home, and the difference between the sea and the land in the construction of the theme.
