- Abstract
The article discusses that how cell-surface glycoprotein, CD44 isoforms distribute differentially in central nervous system (CNS) areas during EAE and regulated by Toll-like receptor 2 in CD4+ cells during acute episodes of Multiple Sclerosis . It mentions that TLR2 ligands modified the role of CD44 in trafficking of activated CD4+ T cells.
