- Abstract
Comblined the methods of physical and chemical dispersion, and taking water as solvent, the steady photocatalytic nano-TiO2 dispersed solution was fabricated by optimizing the dispersing technics. The dispersed effect of nano-TiO2 dispersed solution was characterized and evaluated by using the methods of precipitation, analysis of granularity by laser, and observation of TEM. The testing results show that the optimized dispersing technics include the dispersed solution composed of 1% nano-TiO2, 1% polyacrylic acid + 0. 5% TW-80, ultrasonic treating for 15 mm, and high-speed cutting for 30 mm before and after the treating; All the TiO2 particle diameter in the dispersed solution is less than 100 nm, with the mean particle diameter of about 50 nm, homogenously distributive.
