- Abstract
The article presents information about the creation of the Elder Law and Miscellaneous Remedies Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois on December 3, 2010. It depicts that several state courts implement programs that attempts to enhance the functioning of the local court system by helping the needy aging elders. It suggests modifying court schedules, limiting delays, and providing extra training to judiciary for improving the applicability of the law.
