- Abstract
The article argues the Magna Carta and prevention of children from knowing about the Huntington disease (HD) which is genetically inherited error with reference to case ABC v. St George's Healthcare NHS Trust. Topics discussed include voluntary manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility; physical symptoms of the damage leads to behavioral problems; and HD is an autosomal dominant condition.
