- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 23-year old man who was presented with a left-sided reducible inguinal hernia and undescended testis in an empty ill-developed right hemiscrotum with three by two centimeters oval structure and another larger one. Left scrotum showed two separate contents. Ultrasonograph revealed left-sided normal testis, bulky left epididymis, thickened spermatic cord and a heterogenous mass of 2.8 by 1.7 by 1.7 millimeters with minimal vascularity.
