- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 71-year-old white male with a history of scalp lesions being treated with topical antibiotics and corticosteroids. It is noted that the patient was infected with Kindler syndrome whose symptoms included skin fragility, photosensitivity, and poikiloderma. Also discussed is the diagnosis of depression triggered by the Kindler syndrome.
