This paper discusses the nature of Filipino mothers' involvement in the education of their Japanese-Filipino children in Japan. It also provides an understanding of how education can facilitate multicultural understanding and recognition of the presence of bicultural children in Japanese society. The questions in this study include: What is the nature of Filipino mothers' involvement in the education of their Japanese-Filipino Children in Japan?
