- Abstract
A case study of a 45-year-old woman presented with an asymptomatic swelling on her nose, diagnosed as idiopathic cutaneous pseudolymphoma (C-PSL). Histopathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis and intralesional corticosteroid therapy resulted in complete resolution, highlighting the varied etiologies and successful management approaches for C-PSL.
