- Abstract
The article focuses on the treatment for Huntington's disease. Huntington's disease is a hereditary neurodegenerative disease described by progressive movement disorder, cognitive decline, and psychiatric disturbances. It states that since 1872 various efforts have been made to cure it. Accordingly, a new study found out that targeting cholesterol metabolism can be a potential treatment, given that low concentrations of brain cholesterol may contribute to the disease.
