- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 32-year old man presented for lower lobe bronchiectasis surgery with congenital absence of the pericardium. The patient complained of productive cough with frequent respiratory tract infection and atypical chest pain. The agenesis anomaly was missed despite the abnormal chest x-ray and computed tomography.
