- Abstract
The article focuses on the evolution of contributory liability applied in trademark court cases involving Online Service Providers (OSPs). It talks on the claims of Rosetta Stone Ltd. against Google Inc. and the district court's decisions on vicarious and contributory trademark liability. It discusses the inconsistencies of the application of the Inwood test and the importance of understanding the meaning of control in secondary trademark liability claims.
