- Abstract
The Collaborative Intensive Community Treatment Program (CICTP) located in Eric, Pennsylvania, is an illustrative example of the application of the principles of Aggression Replacement Training (ART). It is also an example of how the collaborative process can be beneficial to program development. The CICTP is a collaborative effort that has incorporated numerous partners to achieve the ultimate goal of residential diversion of male and female diversion of adolescents within a community setting.
