Title
Transcription analysis on response of porcine alveolar macrophages to Haemophilus parasuis.
Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted to analyze porcine alveolar macrophages' response to Haemophilus parasuis, which found the activation of a series of genes upon H. parasuis infection. The porcine coronin1a genecloned and sequenced. Six days after H. parasuis infection, a total of 428 differentially expressed (DE) genes were identified in the porcine alveolar macrophages (PAMs).
