- Abstract
The article discusses America's trade secret protection-related inevitable disclosure doctrine in relation to the U.S. Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (DTSA) and an effort to prevent former employees from engaging in trade secret misappropriation. The congressional intent behind the DTSA is examined, along with injunctive language and trade secret-based legal matters such as Fres-co Systems USA, Inc. v. Hawkins and Xoran Holdings LLC v. Luick.
