- Abstract
The author discusses the need to legalize assisted dying in Canada for patient with grievous and irremediable psychiatric disorders. Topics he discussed include the ruling by the Supreme Court of Canada in Carter v. Canada case on the need of assisted dying, the federal government Bill C-14 that allows assisted dying, and the consideration of ability to cope adversity by people requesting assisted dying.
