STUDY OF TERMINAL EDUCATION IN JUNIOR COLLEGE.
- Abstract
The article reports that the American Association of Junior Colleges was given a grant of 25,000 dollars by the General Education Board, New York, to fund exploratory studies in the general segment of education in junior colleges. There are approximately 500 accredited junior colleges in the United States. The exploratory studies program aims to design curriculum in such a way that makes students more economic independent and responsible towards their duties for the society. It is expected that the study will not only emphasize on professional training modules but would also provide support to other additional studies.
