- Title
Privacy injunctions and children.
- Abstract
The article discusses a court case wherein an earlier decision to restrain News Group Newspapers Ltd. from publishing the story of a married man, who had a sexual relationship with another woman, was appealed. The judge of the earlier decision held that the article 8 rights of the appellant's wife and children have been engaged. It concludes that publication of the story to satisfy public prurience was not a sufficient justification for invading the private rights of those involved.
