- Abstract
Moreover, the authors underline how the severity of long-term motor, behavioral, and cognitive problems, after cerebellar or the 4th ventricle tumor surgery in children, has been correlated to the length of the mute phase [[2]]. In particular, we believe augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) cannot be overlooked as a unique opportunity for interaction for these communication-vulnerable patients.
