- Abstract
The article focuses on the good governance and the transformation of Morocco. It says that the concept of good governance in the country was advocated by the Moroccan monarchy related with the consolidation of power that claims values good management, political neutrality, and performance. It also mentions the country's failing anti-corruption experiments that promotes practical and theoretical questions concerning the World Bank's approach to cut down corruption.
