- Abstract
This article presents a case report of a patient with brain lesions that were difficult to diagnose as either neuro-Behçet's disease (NB) or tuberculosis (TB). The patient was treated with high doses of steroids for NB, as well as anti-TB drugs, despite a negative TB test. A brain biopsy confirmed Behçet's disease, and the patient's condition improved with higher doses of steroids. The article emphasizes the challenges in diagnosing and treating these conditions and the importance of continued treatment for both.
