Explores a model that produces consistent parameter estimates and unbiased population willingness-to-pay (WTP) estimates when estimating WTP equation using double-bounded dichotomous choice data collected by a contingent valuation survey. Discussion of how failure to correct for bias may distort aggregate benefit estimates.
