- Abstract
VM is an ultrasound finding and can be easily diagnosed by measuring the ventricular atrium. The pathologies associated with VM in patients who requested ILE, the most frequent were neural tube defects (40%), followed by pathology of the corpus callosum and midline malformations (22.8%). The most frequent extra CNS associated pathology in this group was cardiac pathology in 19.3%.
