- Abstract
Perinatal morbidity and mortality of higher-order multiples is linked to chorionicity, with monochorionic triplets at highest risk of complications such as selective intrauterine growth restriction (sIUGR). When faced with monochorionic triamniotic (MCTA) triplets, ideal management is not clear and there is no literature for the management of MCTA complicated with sIUGR.
