The article explores on the comparison of kamikaze Japanese pilots who were sent to death missions during World War II and the Islamic suicide bombers. It affirmed that contrary to what is believed, the Japanese soldiers were desperately looking for ways to rationalize their fate and the value of their own death. It determined that the common between the kamikaze pilots and the Islamic suicide bombers is that both have been sent to their deaths in the name of loyalty.
