- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 34-week male neonate who was diagnosed with omphalomesenteric duct (OMD) anomalies. It mentions that the patient has undergo echocardiogram wherein an OMD fistual with ileal prolapse within the patient's omphalocele was found. It discusses the medical history of the infant who was found to have a ruptured omphalocele where he experienced a respiratory distress.
