- Abstract
An editorial is presented in which the authors discuss the concept of harm reduction in the United Kingdom, Denmark, and France, and particularly the significance of drug consumption rooms (DCRs) being utilized as a harm reduction strategy in the prevention of drug overdose. The authors aim to demonstrate that welfare states protect the socially vulnerable by collectivizing risk management.
