Findings of the study which showed that Kentucky has the most smokers while Utah has the fewest; Men who smoke more than women; Current average of smokers which is still about 13% of the population; Limitations of the report; Role of tobacco control in reducing the number of smokers; Evidence-based interventions that work; State funding to reduce smoking which declined in most states; Call for the states to at least invest the minimum per capital amount recommended on tobacco control programs.
