Abstract
The article offers the author's view on parliamentary privilege and their use by Members of the Parliament to avoid prosecution in Great Britain. He mentions that the privilege constitutes the right of the House of Lords and Commons to sole control on parliamentary proceedings. An overview of his comment on free speech is also presented.
