- Abstract
In the pedagogical environment of social sciences, it seems fundamental the debate about Economics and the right to build a modern civic consciousness. The autonomist stance and anti-syncretic of Kelsen about the law theory and neo classic economic theses, specially free market economics trends concur on the strict positive conception. This convergence forces them against its own walls; nevertheless join the rejection of justice treatment about to belong to metaphysics field. Mutual opening of law and economics appears as a need to be taken by social sciences disciplines. The academy needs to resume this issue, not only like a relevant theoretical subject but as essential citizenship consciousness.
