- Abstract
The article presents a clinical diagnosis of a 77-year-old woman that was admitted due to a domestic fall with moderate head injury and left acute subdural hematoma. With this, the patient has been immediately evacuated without repositioning the large bone flap. After two months the patient had recovered motor autonomy and was allowed to go home.
