- Abstract
The article focuses on the proposed measurements of employee happiness which can change organizational development issues. It cites that the engagement of employees where they agreed that interaction with coworkers are always mostly positive, feel challenged, and do not take work home. Ed Powers, organizational designer, suggested that Organizational Design (OD) must focus on human factors including wellbeing and wellness, emotional and physical health, and motivation and empowerment.
