- Abstract
The article discusses student-athlete compensation issues surrounding Johnny Manziel, a Heisman Trophy winner of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Topics discussed include improper benefits received by Manziel in exchange for his autograph and his suspension based on violation of NCAA rules, issues surrounding unauthorized use of athletes' likenesses under Sherman Act and NCAA's non-compensation policy to maintain amateurism in collegiate athletics.
