- Abstract
The article presents information on the internalization of human rights norms and the role of Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. The measures for validation of familial and personal sufferings and human rights violations and the structure of Organization of American States (QAS) are also discussed. The jurisprudence, protection of human rights in Latin America and the promotion of humanity is also discussed.
