- Abstract
The article offers information on the criminal liability for corporations, organizations and individuals for crimes or frauds committed by their employees and agents under criminal law of the U.S. It analyzes the liability for the U.S. law schools and their deans, who have committed the felony of making false statements by submitting false information to the Section on Legal Education of the American Bar Association. It reports the liability under the federal mail and wire fraud statutes.
