- Abstract
In this article, the author highlights the tenure of former U.S. judge Charles Clark in Fifth Circuit of the court. He mentions regarding a court case of a junior college professor in Odessa, Texas which was tackled by a panel consisting of Judge Clark and Judge John Minor Wisdom on the Fifth Circuit. He also details that panel consisiting of Judge Clark and Judge James P. Coleman, granted a lawyer a one-day continuance when he was delayed in reaching Fifth Circuit in Jacksonville.
